supplier network.
Processing & Shipping Times: Order processing times generally range from 2 to 5 business days. Shipping
transit times vary by destination, shipping method selected at checkout, and customs clearance procedures. Est.
delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes: Because products are dispatched internationally via Eprolo fulfillment
centers, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, VAT, or local customs fees upon entry into your
destination country. All such duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.
Tracking: Tracking information provided by Eprolo carrier partners will be sent via email once the shipment is
generated.

5. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our return and refund policy is aligned with Eprolo’s supplier terms and conditions:
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to Eprolo generating a shipping label and processing the
order with the supplier. Once marked as "In Processing" or "Shipped", orders cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7
days of delivery with clear photo/video proof. We will coordinate with Eprolo to issue a replacement or full
refund.
Lost Shipments: If a package fails to update tracking status after 30 business days or is marked lost by the
carrier, a full refund or re-shipment will be processed upon verification through Eprolo’s dispute system.
Customer Errors & Change of Mind: Returns due to customer error (e.g., ordering wrong fitment/size) or
change of mind may require the buyer to pay for return international shipping, and items must be unopened and
in original packaging.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our store, its operators, employees, and suppliers (including Eprolo) shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

Delays in shipping caused by customs clearance, carrier bottlenecks, or supply chain disruptions.
Loss of use, loss of profit, or vehicle voided manufacturer warranties.
